Judges’ Comments: Integrity of design meets that of the subject. The dust jacket (perhaps a few voices involved with the multiple images?) conceals the real gem of the designer’s eye. These hard cover images are evocative and a reward to the reader when exposed. Risk covered by rationalism. But the weight of history told, is well met with the internal design.
